Dear Reader:

Over the past 45 years, my wife Kay and I have  endeavored to have a seeking and loving relationship with Jesus Christ.  Raising a family of four, we believe we have had all the normal experiences of life.

We decided to turn our lives over to Jesus and let Him direct our every day decision making.  We did what a teacher of the Bible told us to do when he said, "to understand God's ways, we needed to start meditating on the word of God night and day".  For us, the word of God has been the stabilizing foundation and core of our life.  It has supplied us with the knowledge for healthy decision making in everything we do.  Over the years, we have shared our growing and learning experiences with others within and with out the church structure.

We feel the leading of the Lord to publish these articles and put our feelings and thoughts in printed form as a means of comfort and teaching.  It is our desire to make these articles challenging and mind provoking and all these principles are scripturally based and have been  searched out in the Greek and Hebrew translation in which the bible was originally written.  We believe that a healthy way of looking at life is using the free will and discernment God gave us to reason with Him and learn how to follow His direction in all areas for  our lives.

This in turn, creates an atmosphere of choices in our relationship with the Lord because; He always presents us with choices in our reasoning and conversations with Him as it is not His intension to make us live with a obligation mentality as we talk to Him.   It is learning how to "choose this day whom you will serve" that gives life meaning and independent thought.

When you read these articles,  it is not our intention to "tickle" your ear or to get you to agree on everything we say, but it is our great desire that you will interact with the Lord and us and find out if you are fulfilling your  purpose in life.  We look forward to hearing from you by dropping a note on our contact us page. We not only welcome your comments but need to hear your comments as to what you are receiving from what you are reading. We are greatly looking forward to be hearing from you.

Kay and I believe as never before that, we ALL need answers to some of the troubling problems that we are encountering in these unsettling days.  By sharing our experiences and understanding, we can help one another.
